North Texas SNAP Book Club is for SNAP Members who enjoy reading and can read at a 6th grade level or above, connecting members through the love of books.
The book club usually meets on the 4th Monday of each month at Panera Bread, 1804Precinct Line Road, Hurst, Texas 6:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. Reading level for 6th grade level and above. Check under “Events” for the next upcoming meeting.
Members will have opportunity to share favorite books, discover new ones and discuss the books respectfully and appropriately with others.
They will also discover new perspectives and understand different opinions as well as develop new friendships and enjoy time with old friends.
Zoom Reading is Fun Book Club:
This book club is done online via Zoom for members that are around 3rd grade reading level.
The Zoom book club typically meets on the 3rd Monday of each month.
Members will have opportunity to share favorite books, discover new ones and discuss the books respectfully and appropriately with others.
They will also discover new perspectives and understand different opinions as well as develop new friendships and enjoy time with old friends.
